This release utilizes batch #9s popular Spanish Oloroso Dark Rum barrels sourced through Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, KY. These barrels were originally used to age Spanish Oloroso Sherry and then Dark Rum in the Florida Keys. Company founders Bill Straub and Bob DAntoni chose a blend of 7 year Straight Rye Whiskey for Andalusia Key Rye.
