kept on the lees for 48 months then another 24 months in bottle before the wine was released

Intertwined with the landscape our wine maker Jarad Hadi helped develop the vineyard from training the vines in their infancy to consulting work in 2018 adopting new growing techniques after his experiences working in top vineyards world wide

2023 Cascina Barban Pian del Te Bianco, Piedmont, Italy Altre Vie No Sin Tou Tsefs 2021100% Timorasso. Their words: White wine obtained from Timorasso grapes, a native vine of the Val Borbera and the Tortona hills. Spontaneous fermentations. Vinified in contact with the skins for 2 months in fiberglass tanks and aged in oak tonneau for 8 months. It does not contain added sulphites or anything else. Only grapes.
