The reds are all fermented without de-stemming

malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in barriques (25% new barriques) for 12-14 months

then aging in neutral barrels to keep the vineyard voice front and center

It is narrow enough so that it does not take up too much table space

Vinification: Grapes may be crushed or directly pressed, depending on ripeness. Ambient yeast fermentation and aging in used barrels for 16 months. Arrives March 2026.
