Our Copal Tree Distillery is designed to be zero waste, and we proudly craft cacao rum free of additives, or colors. The sugar cane juice is distilled in our column still and infused with roasted locally grown organic cacao nibs. The result is a unique cacao rum that tastes delicious on the rocks or mixed in
