I don't think it matters a bit if one is to indeed use it as a planter

I've had this drawing sitting around for a bit and for whatever reason it jumped to mind

with photographs of paintings like this one perfectly embodying that transition

Klijn (1892-1961) was a Dutch drawer

and the one with yellow windows either says 1910 or 1930)

Yellow House with Sailboat, Charming Old Folk Art Painting on Wood Panel bull horn I don't think it mattersBetter in person, and just a great smallish painting, on wood panel, late 19th c I would guess, with the yellow house feeling very New England and reminding me of watercolor houses from early mid 19th c. math notebooks. Excellent blues for the water and sky bright but soft feeling too, especially with those white clouds and pink in the distance. And a toy sailboat bobbing along out front. Super. 12 x 9 1 8" and in great condition, with an eye hook for
