Clark is quite likely Eliot Candee Clark (1883 - 1980) active/lived in New York

and the ones I am drawn to are old hand-carved solid wood working decoys with great lines and minimal decoration

it is signed both on the face and on the back with what looks to be RGI or perhaps AGI
