Fruit size is from 250grms to 450grms with a large seed. Fruit matures 9 12 months from flowering depending on heat. Harvest from August through October. B type flowers; cross pollinate with Avocado Hass or Reed. Tree forms a thick canopy with a wide, spreading habit. Good for growing as a dense shade
