Constructed of red cotton, the obverse centre presents a black ribbed swastika with a single gilded pip in the center, superimposed on the white circle, both edged in golden threads, extending on both sides of the swastika are large oakleaves in golden bullion, edged by a double row of twisted bullion wire, edged on top and bottom with a single bullion row and with blue cord, the armband measures 46. 7 cm (w) x 12. 4 cm (h), colors are
